Working Principle
The equipment adopts a composite process of high temperature and high pressure sterilization+vacuum drying, and operates in a fully enclosed and automated manner throughout the process
1. The sludge is sent into a sealed pressurized tank, and after the seal is closed, high-temperature and high-pressure steam is introduced to thoroughly sterilize the sludge in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, killing all pathogenic microorganisms.
After sterilization is completed, the system enters the vacuum negative pressure drying stage, where the moisture in the sludge is rapidly evaporated in a low-temperature vacuum environment to achieve deep dehydration and drying.
3. The steam condensate generated during the drying process is collected uniformly and enters the sewage treatment program for treatment.
