It adopts the core process of high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization + vacuum melting + oil-water separation. While completely eliminating pathogenic microorganisms, it efficiently extracts industrial/feed-grade pure oil, achieving an integrated treatment of harmlessness, reduction, and resource utilization. It is widely used in animal husbandry, slaughtering, feed, organic fertilizer, and environmental protection treatment centers.
Main Purpose
1. Efficient melting and extraction of animal fats involves high-temperature melting of animal viscera, adipose tissue, slaughter by-products, and carcasses of diseased or dead livestock and poultry, followed by separation and extraction of industrial fats and feed-grade fats.
2. High-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and harmlessness treatment kills pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, insect eggs, and mold in a sealed high-pressure environment, fully meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and environmental safety.
3. Solid-oil-water three-phase separation and recovery automatically achieves the separation of solid, oil, and water phases. The oil can be sold, the waste residue can be used as protein raw material and organic fertilizer raw material, and the wastewater can be purified and recycled.

Working Principle
The equipment is centered around high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and melting, operating in a fully enclosed and automated manner throughout the entire process:
1. Feeding and sealing: Materials are fed into a sealed smelting tank, which is automatically sealed and locked, ensuring no leakage and no odor.
2. High-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and melting: Indirect heating is achieved by introducing high-temperature and high-pressure steam. Under the set pressure and temperature, sterilization, ripening, fat breaking, and melting are carried out to fully melt and separate the fat.
3. Vacuum dehydration and degreasing: Further dehydration and degreasing under negative pressure to enhance the purity of the oil and the dryness of the waste residue.
4. Oil-water separation: The mixed oil produced during melting enters the separation system, where it automatically stratifies to obtain pure oil.
5. Waste residue discharge: After dehydration and defatting, the waste residue is dry and sterile, and can be directly used as protein raw material/organic fertilizer raw material.
6. Exhaust gas purification: The exhaust gas inside the tank is uniformly collected and treated, ensuring emissions meet standards, without any odor or secondary pollution.
