Main Purpose
The quarantine and sterilization of imported materials is specifically used for high-temperature sterilization treatment of imported wool, grain, oil crops, forage, cotton and linen, fur, animal and plant products, and other goods, to thoroughly eliminate any carried pathogens, insect eggs, weed seeds, harmful organisms, etc., and meet the requirements of customs quarantine supervision.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization process, automatically completing the entire process within a sealed pressure vessel: After the material enters the sealed tank, high-temperature and high-pressure steam is introduced to quickly reach the set temperature and pressure inside the tank; under the combined action of high temperature and high pressure, harmful biological cell structures are destroyed, proteins are coagulated and denatured, and enzyme systems are inactivated, thereby achieving complete sterilization, insecticidal, ovicidal, and virus inactivation; maintaining a certain period of heat and pressure retention to ensure uniform heating inside and outside the material and no sterilization dead zones; after treatment, pressure is released for cooling, and the material is discharged after meeting safety quarantine standards; the exhaust gas is purified and discharged after meeting emission standards, with the entire process being sealed, safe, and efficient.
